In Store Pick Up

Shipping will take approximately 3 - 5 working days. 
Once we have shipped out the item, we will send you a confirmation email that states that your item has been shipped out and a tracking number will be provided to you. Shipping depends heavily on the courier's logistics. Currently we are using GDEX and DHL for shipping.

In-store pick up will take 1 - 4 working days. 
We transfer stocks from our warehouse to our stores, therefore customers are advised that they must wait for the confirmation for collection email to be sent to them before visiting our stores.

Same day delivery will start on 4pm and onwards for the item to be shipped to you, provided if you made an order before 12PM. 
Do note that Same Day Delivery does not apply for weekends, and public holidays. If you placed an order after 12PM, then the delivery will be deferred to the next working day. We use Mat Despatch for same day delivery. The delivery rider will generally arrive around in the evening depending on traffic conditions. We will send customers an email and an sms once the item has been collected by the rider and provide link to trace the parcel live.

Our warehouse handles the shipping. Therefore, we do not operate on weekends and public holidays. We kindly suggest our customers to make orders a week before public holidays start to prevent any potential delays to your order.
