How long does same day delivery take?
Same Day Delivery is only available for selected products and customers must select Same Day Delivery upon checking out.
Same Day Delivery is only available on weekdays, which excludes public holidays and weekends.
Customers must make an order before 12PM on a weekday for us to ship the product to customers on the same day. If the order was made after 12PM, then the product will be shipped out on the next working day.
Once the product has been shipped out, we will send you an email and SMS to let you know once the product has been shipped out and a link to track the rider's location will be provided. We typically do this around 4PM on weekdays.
